What You Can Expect at Our Private Vegan Dumpling Classes Near Boston, MA

At Patty Chen’s Dumpling School, we rewrite the rules of traditional cooking classes, giving our guests an experience that is unique, educational, and most importantly of all – fun! At all of our events, we aim for guests to leave with two distinct things: new knowledge on how to make delicious Taiwanese-American dumplings, and a smile on their face. You can rely on us at the Dumpling School to really put the “party” in dumpling party. Regardless of your background, or how advanced you are at cooking, we walk you through the process of dumpling making to ensure a smooth experience for you and all in your group. During the cooking stage of our dumpling events, guests will learn how to accomplish the following:

• How to roll and fold dumplings
• How to properly stuff dumplings with different fillings (including vegan fillings).
• How to make different dumpling shapes.
• How to finally cook the dumplings!

We are happy to cater to the needs and preferences of our guests! Currently, our dumpling parties accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
