What To Expect

Here at the Dumpling School we like to consider ourselves not as a traditional cooking class but more of a dumpling PARTY! When you sign up for one of our dumpling parties we want you to have as much fun as possible while learning a new skill. We skip cooking from scratch and bring you a whole new cooking experience where you will learn the basics of dumpling making while focusing in on the fun and team-building aspects! During the cooking portion of our dumpling party, guests will learn how to:

• How to roll and fold dumplings
• How to properly stuff dumplings with different fillings.
• How to make different dumpling shapes.
• How to cook dumplings.

Types of Dumpling Parties  

We offer a variety of parties to fit the needs and preferences of all our students. For now, our parties are maxed out at 12 people in your group per party. If you have less than 12 people in your group, you can join any other party with open seats! If you feel more comfortable in your own home, we can bring The Dumpling School to you. Feel free to contact us for more information on our traveling dumpling parties! We are doing our best to accommodate the food preferences of everyone. Here are the group class options you can choose from: 

• Standard Public Party: Our first course is pork & ginger and our second course is vegan 
• Private Party: Your group can choose 2 of the following custom fillings: pork & ginger, vegan, chicken, or veggie
